The JKL Therapy Centre is not the appropriate option for you if:

You are in crisis or require urgent assistance.
You are experiencing thoughts of self-harm or harming others.
You have an active drug or alcohol addiction.
You have been diagnosed with a severe mental illness or have been advised to seek support from a community mental health team.
You are mandated to undergo therapy by a court order or any other authority.
