About Me
'I can meet you where you are’.
Creating a Safe, Inclusive, and Empowering Space for Change
My mission is simple: to make a real, lasting difference in the lives of those who often feel unheard, unseen, or excluded. I am deeply committed to supporting marginalised communities, including BAME groups, emerging communities, neurodivergent individuals, those with learning disabilities, and the LGBTQ+ community. My work is about breaking down barriers and fostering an environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and understood—no matter their background or circumstances.
I know how difficult it can be to trust professionals, especially when you’ve felt dismissed in the past. I hear you. I’m here to listen, support, and guide you through your struggles with honesty, empathy, and a genuine commitment to your well-being.
My Approach
As a Senior Accredited Coach (IAPC&M) and a trainee therapist, I bring a unique combination of coaching and therapeutic insight to my work. My approach isn’t just about motivation—it’s about real, practical solutions that help you move forward. Whether you're feeling stuck, facing personal challenges, or exploring your identity, I provide the tools, strategies, and support to help you navigate life with confidence.
My background in social care, charity work, and project management has given me valuable experience in planning, organizing, and advocating for individuals in need. Having worked extensively in London, I’ve helped clients explore their sexuality, mental health, personal growth, and relationships, always ensuring a judgment-free and empowering space for self-discovery.
