At JKL Therapy Centre, we provide a broad spectrum of psychotherapy services designed to address your unique needs and life circumstances.
We are proud to provide sex and intimacy therapy, with options for both online and in-person sessions at our Ealing, London W5 location.
Our integrative approach to therapy draws from a diverse array of evidence-based modalities, ensuring that your care is personalised and holistic. These modalities include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for practical tools to address thought patterns, psychodynamic therapy to explore underlying emotional conflicts, and mindfulness practices to foster presence and emotional regulation. We incorporate trauma-informed therapy to ensure safety and empowerment, and our services are both GDSR-affirming and neurodivergence-affirming, embracing the diversity of gender identities, sexual orientations, and neurological experiences. We are also BDSM and kink-affirming, offering a judgment-free space to explore these aspects of your identity. Our therapeutic framework includes attachment theory, schema therapy, systemic therapy and Imago therapy.
