About Me

Hello, I'm Justyna (she/her)

You’ve found your way here, and I want to meet you halfway.

I’m a neurodivergent, queer therapist with a lifelong passion for understanding the human psyche. My expertise lies in deep, transformative work—I don’t just focus on surface-level solutions but on the underlying patterns that shape your experiences. I believe therapy is a relational journey where we navigate challenges together. I can hold space for you, support you, and challenge you when needed.

I’ve spent my entire adulthood immersed in social sciences, always drawn to research, novelty, and the complexities of human experience. While I don’t necessarily subscribe to rigid labels, receiving my diagnosis of highly functioning AuDHD was a moment of clarity—a sense of relief and understanding. I recognise that for some, labels provide validation, while for others, they may feel unnecessary. Either way, that’s completely okay.

My approach isn’t just about addressing issues; it’s about helping you discover and celebrate who you are at your core, free from past hurts or societal expectations.
My practice primarily supports neurodivergent individuals, queer and kink communities, and those navigating complex mental health challenges. Many of my clients have been in therapy before but feel like their core issues remain unresolved. Often, when difficulties keep resurfacing, it signals that something deeper hasn’t yet been addressed—and that’s where I come in.

I am a person-centred, integrative therapist. I balance leading when necessary with following your lead—our work is always mutual and consensual. I see both individuals and couples, typically starting with weekly sessions for around three months before reassessing needs and transitioning to biweekly if appropriate. That said, therapy should be accessible and adaptable, so I strive to be as flexible as possible.

Beyond my clinical work, I provide supervision to mental health professionals and engage in writing, teaching, and lecturing. Confidentiality is paramount—I am ICO registered to ensure your privacy is always protected.

If you’re ready for deep, meaningful exploration and change, I’d be honoured to walk this journey with you.

Warmly, Justyna

Practice description

I begin our journey together with a comprehensive assessment (1-3 sessions), delving into your psychosexual development, past experiences, present challenges, and family dynamics. This assessment forms the foundation for our work together, providing valuable insights into your personal history and relational dynamics.

Following the assessment, I offer a personalised formulation of a treatment plan designed to address your specific goals and concerns. This plan serves as a roadmap for our therapeutic journey, outlining the strategies and interventions that will guide us towards meaningful change and growth.

Based on the assessment, I offer two types of psychotherapy:

  • Short-term: This typically involves 6-20 sessions focused on a specific issue.

  • Open-ended: This approach allows for a deeper exploration of long-standing feelings and past experiences that may impact your life.

In our sessions, you can expect a non-judgmental and empathetic atmosphere where you can freely express yourself and work towards your goals. Together, we'll embark on a journey of self-discovery, self-acceptance, and transformation, empowering you to overcome obstacles and create meaningful change in your life.

I believe in the power of therapy to ignite profound personal and relational growth, and I'm committed to supporting you every step of the way. If you're ready to embark on a journey towards greater well-being and fulfilment, I'm here to walk alongside you.
