About Me

Hello, I'm Justyna (she/her)

I’m pleased you’ve found your way here, and I want to meet you halfway.

Originally from Eastern Europe, I bring a unique cross-cultural perspective to my practice, recognising the deep influence of cultural and societal norms on relationships, intimacy, and sexuality. My background enables me to work sensitively with clients from diverse cultural contexts, helping them navigate the intersection of personal identity, heritage, and relational dynamics.

Throughout my adult life, I have been deeply drawn to psychology, pedagogy, and psychotherapy, always seeking to unravel the complexities of human experience. If there’s a deep dive to be made into the workings of the mind, you can be sure I’ve taken it—willingly and with great enthusiasm.

I specialise in transformative work that goes beyond surface-level solutions to explore the underlying patterns shaping your experiences. Therapy, for me, is a relational journey in which we navigate challenges together. I offer space for you to explore your emotions and experiences, supporting you while challenging you when necessary.

My approach centres on helping you discover and celebrate who you are at your core, liberated from past hurts or societal expectations. I understand the tension that cultural and familial expectations can place on your identity and relationships—especially in the context of my Eastern European background—and I integrate this understanding into my work with you.

Many of my clients have been in therapy before but feel that their core issues remain unresolved. When difficulties continue to resurface, it often signals that something deeper hasn’t yet been addressed—and that’s where I come in.

I am a person-centred, integrative therapist. I balance leading when necessary with following your lead—our work is always mutual and consensual. I see individuals, couples, and relationships, typically beginning with weekly sessions for around three months before reassessing needs and transitioning to biweekly if appropriate. That said, therapy should be accessible and adaptable, so I strive to be as flexible as possible.

Beyond my clinical work, I provide supervision to mental health professionals and engage in writing, teaching, and lecturing. Confidentiality is paramount—I am ICO registered to ensure your privacy is always protected.

If you’re ready for deep, meaningful exploration and change, I would be honoured to walk this journey with you.

Warmly, Justyna
