Hello, I'm Justyna (she/her)
I’m here to guide you on a journey towards deeper self-understanding and more fulfilling relationships. As an Integrative Sex and Relationship Psychotherapist, my mission is to help individuals and couples embrace their true selves and enhance their sexual and relational well-being.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, facing challenges with sexual satisfaction, or navigating complex life transitions, my goal is to offer you a compassionate space where we can explore your unique experiences and find paths to healing and growth.
My approach isn’t just about addressing issues; it’s about helping you discover and celebrate who you are at your core, free from past hurts or societal expectations.
I understand that life can sometimes push us to wear masks or adapt to please others. My work is dedicated to supporting you as you peel away those layers and reconnect with your authentic self. This is particularly important during times of change, where self-reflection and authenticity can lead to a more fulfilling life.
My background includes extensive education in human sexuality (MSC, BSC, PGD), and years of experience working in diverse NHS settings. I’ve collaborated with various medical professionals to address intricate psychosexual issues, and my work has given me valuable insight into the intersections of psychological and physiological health. From working with attachment, emotional, and sexual trauma to supporting those with mental health diagnoses like Bipolar Disorder and Borderline Personality Disorder, my aim is always to provide holistic and empathetic care.
I pride myself on creating a safe, affirming environment where your unique identity is respected and celebrated. Whether you’re exploring kink, BDSM, or any other aspect of your sexual identity, I’m here to support you without judgment. My approach is grounded in empathy, evidence-based practices, and a commitment to helping you align your sexual life with your personal values and desires.
In addition to my therapy practice, I also offer supervision to mental health professionals, and engage in writing, teaching, and lecturing. Rest assured, your privacy is paramount—I’m registered with the ICO, ensuring your data is handled with the highest confidentiality.
If you’re ready to embark on a journey towards a healthier, more authentic life, I’d be honoured to work with you. Let’s explore and embrace your true self together.
Warmly,
Justyna

Practice description
I begin our journey together with a comprehensive assessment (1-3 sessions), delving into your psychosexual development, past experiences, present challenges, and family dynamics. This assessment forms the foundation for our work together, providing valuable insights into your personal history and relational dynamics.
Following the assessment, I offer a personalised formulation of a treatment plan designed to address your specific goals and concerns. This plan serves as a roadmap for our therapeutic journey, outlining the strategies and interventions that will guide us towards meaningful change and growth.
Based on the assessment, I offer two types of psychotherapy:
Short-term: This typically involves 6-20 sessions focused on a specific issue.
Open-ended: This approach allows for a deeper exploration of long-standing feelings and past experiences that may impact your life.
In our sessions, you can expect a non-judgmental and empathetic atmosphere where you can freely express yourself and work towards your goals. Together, we'll embark on a journey of self-discovery, self-acceptance, and transformation, empowering you to overcome obstacles and create meaningful change in your life.
I believe in the power of therapy to ignite profound personal and relational growth, and I'm committed to supporting you every step of the way. If you're ready to embark on a journey towards greater well-being and fulfilment, I'm here to walk alongside you.
